Proposed Demoltion: 2721 3rd St. in Central City, City Council Hearing Oct. 18, 2012

2721-23 3rd St., a double shotgun house located in Central City, has been proposed for demolition. While the Neighborhood Conservation District Committee denied the request to demolish the house, the owner has appealed the NCDC’s decision to the City Council, who scheduled the hearing date for October 18, 2012.
