NCDC Meeting Results for August 6th, 2012: Proposed Demolitions

On August 6th, 2012 the Neighborhood Conservation District Committee approved the demolition of 3127 Pauger St. This house is located next door to AP Tureaud’s home, which is still owned by the Tureaud family. 3119 Pauger St, the property located on the other side of Tureaud’s house, was previously proposed for demolition and denied.
