2600, 2612, 2634 St. Claude and 1030 Port – private owner/applicant.  Located in Faubourg Marigny.  Revised proposal to demolish four buildings and proposal to construct a new CVS/pharmacy. View the revised plan HERE.
519 S. Rocheblave – private owner/applicant.  Located in Tulane-Gravier
2435 Valmont - (SEE ABOVE) private owner/applicant.  Located in Uptown.
1938-40 Toledano – private owner/applicant.  Located in Central City/Hoffman Triangle.
