City Surplus Properties in Pipeline to be Auctioned

By

Today the City of New Orleans announced that several vacant city-owned historic structures are in the pipeline for auction. The properties must first be declared surplus by the City Planning Commission with ratification by City Council before the structures can be sold at auction.  The city administration hopes that the auction will take place in the spring.

All of these properties are potentially eligible for historic tax credits  and the restoration tax abatement program!
