Holy Cross In The News: St. Maurice Avenue houses form a living timeline

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Holy Cross, one of PRC’s target neighborhoods, is “bounded roughly by St. Claude Avenue on the north, the Mississippi River on the south, Jackson Barracks on the east and the Industrial Canal on the west.” The neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places.
