City Planning Commission to Vote on the Master Plan Jan. 12

From the City Planning Commission:

At the end of the its regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010, the City Planning Commission will be considering amendments to the Master Plan. The reformatted Master Plan is posted at www.nolamasterplan.org. A special Preliminary Staff Report responding to hundreds of public comments received before Oct. 28, 2009 will be posted within the next 24 hours. The website posting will include future land use maps that reflect the CPC staff’s recommendations. For Tuesday’s meeting, there will NOT be any opportunity for public comment on the Master Plan. The regular zoning meeting starts at 1:30pm in the City Council Chambers. The Master Plan amendments meeting will immediately follow.
